The team and how we work together

We are planning a team of three to four people across technical support and customer success. You work directly with the founders and engineering.

  • When you find a product error, you discuss it with engineering and check that the fix works for the customer.
  • You can help decide how we handle support, customer training, and staff onboarding. You improve guides and recurring tasks based on your customer cases.

Examples of customer requests

  • A customer cannot see any data, although the connection is online.
  • An installation is waiting for the IT provider to grant the required permissions.
  • A customer needs help running their first query in an AI application.

Your training

  • You learn the products through our handbook, practical exercises, and real customer cases with guidance.
  • You start by working on cases with a colleague, then take on cases independently. You can ask the team and engineering for help.

Working with customers and colleagues

  • You ask focused questions and verify assumptions before proposing a fix.
  • You communicate clearly and calmly, including when a customer is frustrated.
  • You follow a case through to resolution, record the next step, and follow up on commitments.
  • You explain your approach so customers and colleagues can act independently.
  • When you need help, you explain the problem and what you have already checked.

Working arrangements

  • Permanent, full-time position based in Berlin.
  • 30 days of annual leave.
  • Regular daytime service hours, with no on-call duty.
  • Occasional travel for team offsites may be required.
  • Business-fluent German for customer conversations and emails; good English for the team and documentation.
