How do you approach GDPR and data protection?

Klardaten is built for GDPR-sensitive environments. We focus on controlled access, secure transport, and deployment options that fit the security and compliance expectations of tax firms and software providers. Especially for tax advisers and similar professional-secrecy contexts, Section 203 of the German Criminal Code also plays an important role. We conclude a DPA with every customer.

Do you store our data?

Accepted Answer

No. For the integration products, data is not stored or cached on our systems. Logs contain metadata only, not content. Only Klarvos stores content, and only when the product is operated as a managed service, in which case the content is stored exclusively in Germany.

How long does an implementation take?

Straightforward integrations can often be delivered in a matter of days. More complex projects with custom requirements usually take a few weeks, especially when multiple systems, teams, or approval steps are involved.
